Nice, low cost laptop – Hoping for solid reliability, but too soon to tell. Very nice appearance, a bit slow as expected. Good experience out of box and power-up.

Great computer – Everything is great so far! I previously had a chromebook that didn’t work very well, but I’m happy to be back to a windows operating system. The back-lit keyboard is a great touch, too. Would buy again.

Good Computer, Good Customer Service – I bought this laptop on Cyber Monday for a slightly lower price than the original price. The computer has really good specs but after setting up the laptop I noticed that Windows 11 Pro was installed instead of Windows 11 Home that the product should have come with. This was an issue because we were given the product key for the Windows 11 Home instead of what was actually installed by the manufacturers (Windows 11 Pro). This was annoying for the first few hours trying to solve this, but after a quick message to the manufacturers, they gave us a new product key that worked.

Nice laptop thus far – Large mouse pad. I like the fingerprint scanner. Enough ram for most anything the average person might get up to. Decent storage and available add on. Still brand new out of the box, but I have high hopes and it shows promise.
